Funny, this place looks like a cheese shop!

I am not certain why Tuesdays seem to be the crappiest day of my week, but I have a theory. Since I work split days off now, and my “weekend” consists of only Sunday, I am still pretty tired from the weekend band gigs by the time Monday rolls around, and by Tuesday I have just had it. Oh well.

Having said that, today started off like this:

1. Go to Starbucks. Line at drive through is VERRRRRY long, so I decide to go inside. Shorter line there. Order my drink, Venti Americano, with Vanilla and some room for cream.  Barista says “this is weird, but we are out of lids for the Venti and Grande sizes.”  Weird? Yes. It is. Yesterday they were out of Vanilla.  I ask “okay, do you at least have Vanilla?” he says yes, and he can put my Venti into two Talls (I don’t understand the conversion chart at Starbucks anyway, but this sounds reasonable.)  Great. Put those in a holder and I’ll be fine. 5 minutes later two talls are handed to me. The guy says “we are out of holders as well. Yeah, this is weird.” Weird. Okay. So I walk out with two Talls and no holder. Most of one of those spilled onto my shirt during the drive to work because I only have one working cup holder in the Dad Van.

So, I am not certain why Tuesdays suck for me, but this certainly points in a clueward like direction.

Tonight on the 80′s with Ian, a tribute (?) to Patrick Swayze, Krokus, a no hit wonder from Lone Justice, and requests from Bon Jovi, Pat Benetar and Berlin. I can’t wait to Launch for You People!
